Bradley Professional is seeking an experienced and licensed HVAC Project Install Manager to lead a residential installation team for our client located in Western North Carolina. . This role is responsible for overseeing all HVAC installation projects, ensuring quality workmanship, code compliance, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge, proven team management experience, and an active HVAC license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the residential HVAC installation team
- Schedule and coordinate installation jobs to ensure timely completion
- Supervise, train, and mentor install technicians and crews
- Ensure all installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local/state codes
- Serve as the licensed HVAC professional for the company, maintaining compliance with licensing requirements
- Conduct job site inspections and quality control checks
- Troubleshoot complex installation issues and provide technical guidance
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor inventory, equipment, and materials for install projects
- Maintain safety standards and enforce company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Active HVAC License (required)
- Proven experience in residential HVAC installation
- Previous leadership or management experience in HVAC or construction field
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, and installation best practices
- Familiarity with local codes, permits, and inspections
- EPA Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing multiple crews or large install volumes
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience with job scheduling software or CRM systems. Service Titan software experience is highly desired.
