Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Title: QA Specialist
Salary: $50,000 - $70,000/year DOE 
Location: Norwalk, OH (onsite M-TH & WFH on Fridays)

Key Responsibilities

Testing & Analysis

• Perform manual functional testing to ensure tickets meet requirements, don't introduce regressions, and follow standards.
• Conduct integration testing across application interfaces.
• Complete final acceptance reviews and application-level regression tests.
• Verify that Custom Forms (CUFO) meet all functional and design specifications.
• Update documentation for clients, support teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Handle Level II testing for Acceptance Review tickets.

Automation

• Build and maintain automated test scripts and testing frameworks.
• Run automated test suites and report results.
• Monitor builds and deployments to ensure correct versions are being tested.

Issue Management

• Re-test reported issues to confirm defects before assigning them to development.
• Create and update bug reports and cosmetic issue tickets.
• Generate tickets for regression testing and follow-up scenarios.

Documentation

• Produce and maintain QA documentation and help resources.
• Create guides and reference materials for client use.
• Prepare release notes.

UI/UX Support

• Assist with wireframes, mockups, and HTML prototypes.
• Provide feedback on usability and design consistency.
• Custom Forms (CUFO)
• Develop and maintain CUFOs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
   

Qualifications

• 3 years QA experience
  • Manual & basic automation 
• Experience with issue-tracking systems (e.g., YouTrack).
• Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to write clear, user-friendly documentation and guides.
