Healthcare IT Analyst, QNXT 

Position Overview
Newly created role as a Configuration Analyst (managed healthcare) to configure, test and maintain system setups that power claims processing benefits, eligibility and other critical health plan functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, test and maintain QNXT system components supporting claims, benefits and eligibility
• Analyze existing configurations and recommend improvements to streamline processing and performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and processing issues
• Support release management and change control activities
• Ensure system setups align with regulatory and compliance standards
• Participate in cross functional projects

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with QNXT configuration, administration, or support 
• Strong experience with coding and testing: SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, C# and VB.NET
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Health Informatics, or equivalent professional experience
• Knowledge of managed healthcare plan claims processes
