Position Overview
We're looking for a Project Manager who thrives on variety and scale. From ground-up Class A office towers to high-speed retail developments like restaurants and car washes, you'll lead a diverse portfolio that shapes the local landscape. We need a leader who can navigate the complexities of both tenant improvements and major new builds without breaking a sweat on budget or quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all phases of retail and commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets using Procore and Sage software.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Manage change orders and ensure that all changes are documented and communicated effectively.
• Facilitate communication between project teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the retail and commercial construction sectors.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management techniques, and relevant software (Procore, Sage).
• Experience with tenant improvements and ground-up projects.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, PMP
