Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate high-end restaurant construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, all while maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and scheduling efforts to ensure timely delivery of high-end restaurant projects.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met and costs are controlled.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and service providers to secure the best possible terms.
• Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the project lifecycle, from design to completion.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Manage risks associated with projects, developing mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Foster teamwork and collaboration among project stakeholders, promoting a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the restaurant or hospitality industry, specifically with high-end or luxury projects.
• Solid understanding of construction management principles and practices.
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
• Excellent scheduling abilities to manage timelines effectively.
• Experience with contract negotiation and vendor management.
• Demonstrated team leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on client relations and problem-solving.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
