We are a civil construction company in Atlanta that is looking for a new Estimator to join our team. We have been around for 20 years and are a 100% employee owned company. We are seeking an individual who enjoys working in a team oriented environment & someone who is looking for growth potential.What You Will Be Doing- Consulate with personnel to discuss & formulate estimates
- Prepare Estimates
- Prepare cost statements
- Review labor & all costs in regards to estimates
- Seek & Identify new subcontractor partnerships along with retaining old one's
- Work with Project Management to prepare & establish project strategyWhat You Need for this Position- Bachelor's degree or 2 years of relevant field experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and adaptable to new systems.
- Experience with procore or other construction softwareWhat's In It for YouSalary: $90,000 - $130,000
- 3 weeks PTO
- 401k w/ match 4%
- Performance-based bonus
- Healthcare plan (medical, dental, vision, hearing)
