Key Responsibilities
- Help the project manager make sure the job gets completed safely and on-schedule
- Utilize Procore and Heavybid for project documentation and management to maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control during all phases of construction including excavation, sitework, and earthwork.
- Prepare and review Requests for Information (RFIs) and ensure timely responses to support project progress.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year civil construction experience working on roads, bridges, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- Procore or HeavyBid a nice plus
- Excavation, sitework, and/or utility construction background a plus
