Project Engineer
Position Overview
A growing, family-owned company seeks a project engineer with experience handling RFIs, change-orders, and submittals.
The Project Engineer will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and management of project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards and specifications.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including RFIs and change orders.
- Utilize Procore and Bluebeam for project management and collaboration.
- Assist in resolving technical issues and challenges during the construction process.
- Support project meetings and communication between stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 1 years construction experience as an assistant project manager, project engineer or similar position
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- Familiarity with Procore and Bluebeam software.
- Experience with RFIs and managing project documentation.
