Practice Manager

Leading fertility practice has opening for an experienced Practice Manager.

Position Overview

The Practice Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient management of staff and resources to provide high-quality patient care. This role involves leading the team, evaluating employee performance, and enhancing clinic operations to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage clinic staff to ensure optimal performance and patient satisfaction.
• Conduct employee evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance team productivity.
• Oversee clinic operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and efficient workflow.
• Implement scheduling systems to manage patient appointments and enhance service delivery.
• Assist in financial management activities, including budgeting and resource allocation.
• Support business development initiatives to grow the clinic's patient base and services offered.
• Provide staff training and development opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Practice Manager or in a similar managerial in a healthcare setting.
• Strong skills in employee evaluation, supervision, and team leadership.
• Familiarity with clinic operations and healthcare compliance regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and patients professionally.
• Experience in scheduling and financial management is preferred.
• Knowledge of business development strategies and staff training practices is a plus.
• Experience in a fertility practice is advantageous but not mandatory.
