Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing business intelligence solutions that transform data into actionable insights. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and delivering high-quality dashboards and reports using Power BI and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to meet business requirements.
• Utilize Microsoft Fabric and Data Factory for data integration and processing.
• Implement data modeling techniques using Star Schema and DAX for optimized performance.
• Collaborate with data engineers and business analysts to gather requirements and ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain and enhance existing Power BI reports and dashboards based on user feedback.
• Conduct quality control and assurance on reports to ensure data integrity and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in business intelligence and data analytics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Data Factory.
• Experience with DAX, SQL, and data modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with OneLake and lakehouse architectures is a plus.
• Basic understanding of Python and PowerShell scripting.
• Experience in quality control processes and best practices.
• Knowledge of the Oil and Gas industry is preferred but not required.
