We are seeking an experienced PI Attorney with experience to join our team and assist with personal injury cases in both pre-lit and active litigation.

- Handle a strong workload of cases from initial intake through settlement or trial
- Work on complex injury cases
- Draft pleadings and conduct depositions
- Prepare and respond to written discovery, motions practice, and jury trials
- Supervise full-time paralegal assistant and work with them on a day-to-day basis
- 2-7 Years of Experience as an Attorney (Personal Injury background preferred)
- J.D. Degree or Esquire
- Bar Certified: FL
- Familiarity drafting Pleadings, conducting Depositions, preparing and responding to Written Discovery, Motions Practice, and Jury Trials
- Competency in Case-Management Software
