- Supervise support staff and maintain strong client communication
- Licensed attorney in good standing with relevant bar membership
- 2 to 5 years of experience in personal injury pre suit matters
- Strong negotiation and settlement skills
- Excellent legal drafting and analytical abilities
- Proven ability to lead, collaborate, and manage client relationships
