- Represent clients in family law matters (divorce, custody, support) and civil litigation.
- Manage full case lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to court schedules.
- Maintain proactive, consistent client communication and follow-ups.
- Draft, review, and negotiate pleadings, discovery, and legal correspondence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify risks, improve outcomes, and optimize case strategy.
- 3-5 years of litigation experience with a focus on family law.
- Licensed attorney with ability to practice law; multi-state licensure or willingness to obtain is preferred.
- Strong client management skills with ability to de-escalate sensitive situations.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
- Demonstrated ownership of workload, deadlines, and time tracking.
