Corporate Attorney – Cincinnati, OH (Onsite)
Our client, a long‑established full‑service law firm, is seeking a Corporate Attorney with 3 years of experience. They’re open to candidates coming from corporate, civil litigation, commercial litigation, medical malpractice, or estate planning backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle corporate, business, medical malpractice, and/or estate planning matters
- Work directly with clients and collaborate with senior attorneys
- Provide high‑quality legal analysis, drafting, and advisory services
- Manage matters independently while contributing to team‑based projects
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate Law, Business Litigation, Civil Litigation, Medical Malpractice, or Estate Planning
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite 5 days per week
Compensation & Work Environment
- $115,000–$130,000 base salary (no book of business required)
- Bonus opportunities
