About the Role

We are seeking exceptional Patent Agents with 2 years of experience to join a thriving, fast growing patent practice. You will work with some of the worlds most influential technology innovators, helping them build a smarter and better planet by safeguarding their most advanced ideas.

Our team brings deep expertise across wireless communications, electronics, memory systems, artificial intelligence, health monitoring and wearables, software, standards essential patents, and post grant work. Positions are available across a wide geographic footprint, including Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming, Washington DC, and additional locations as needed.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Is currently engaged in patent preparation and prosecution work.
• Values work life balance, strong mentorship, and a collaborative environment.
• Has 2 years of recent experience in patent preparation. Experience in any of the following areas is preferred but not required: wireless telecommunications, standards related technologies, communication networks, electrical hardware or software, computer networks, semiconductors, storage devices, circuits, memory, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, data security, or wearable technology.
• Holds a strong academic record with a technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, Engineering Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Enjoys working with cutting edge technologies and thrives in an innovative environment.
• Is registered with the USPTO as a Patent Agent.
