MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR - SECOND SHIFT 
FOOD MANUFACTURING (1:30 PM - 10:00 PM)
LOCATION: Boston, MA
SALARY: $80,000 - $90,000 per year plus benefits

 

 

THE ROLE

As a Maintenance Coordinator on 2nd shift, you will play a critical role in ensuring equipment reliability and supporting production operations. You will coordinate maintenance activities, guide technicians, and act as a key technical resource for the production team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the proper and timely completion of all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and machine repairs
• Coordinate and prioritize the daily workload for 2nd Shift Process Technicians
• Ensure maintenance resources are deployed effectively to support operations
• Develop and execute a daily maintenance plan aligned with production schedules
• Provide technical troubleshooting support to production management
• Assist with training and development of Process Technicians
• Maintain accurate documentation using CMMS systems

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills with industrial equipment
• Experience with the following preferred:
  • Manufacturing maintenance operations
  • CMMS systems
  • Electrical and controls troubleshooting
  • Maintenance Technician and Process Technician experience
  • Production in warehouse, food, or beverage environments
