What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive support for attorneys in all phases of litigation.
- Manage case files, calendars, and deadlines across State and Federal courts.
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Coordinate discovery, including document production and deposition scheduling.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive internal matters.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 3 years of litigation legal assistant experience.
- Strong knowledge of State and Federal court procedures and filing systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities.
- Professional judgment and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
