Job Description

The Site Estimator will evaluate and measure site projects, focusing on reading civil site plans and producing detailed quantity take-offs. The role involves both office and fieldwork to gain hands-on knowledge of services and operations. 

Key responsibilities

• Performing quantity take-offs
• Requesting vendor pricing
• Preparing bid packages 
• Using Microsoft Office and Takeoff Software (PLANSWIFT)
• Winning business 

Preferred Requirements

• Can perform a quantity takeoff

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience in the paving industry.
• Knowledge of asphalt, concrete, striping, ADA compliance, and commercial paving regulations.
   

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday to Friday, day shift.
