Hourly Rate: $30 - $33/Hour

Location: Kirkland, WA

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inspector to join our quality assurance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting inspections of products and processes to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations, particularly in the aerospace manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of products and processes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Utilize standard inspection gauges and test equipment effectively during inspections.
• Document inspection results and communicate findings to the production team.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to address quality issues and implement improvements.
• Perform in-process inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of inspection activities using Excel and Word.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures and protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in quality assurance or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as an inspector in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
• Familiarity with inspection tools and equipment, including standard inspection gauges.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and in-process inspection techniques.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for documenting inspection results and generating reports.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
