What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finance/ Corporate Trust Attorney position at CyberCoders?
This role can be hybrid or fully remote- whatever is better for the selected candidate.
A nationally respected, full service law firm with deep roots in the Northeast and a truly national reach is seeking an experienced attorney to join its premier Corporate Trust practice. This is an opportunity to work at the center of sophisticated finance while enjoying a collaborative culture that values people as much as performance.
The Practice
This well established Corporate Trust group has been advising major national banks and financial institutions for decades and is widely regarded as a go to team in the market. The practice works alongside leading capital markets and loan agency divisions, representing clients in their roles as trustees, administrative agents, escrow agents, and collateral or security agents across a wide range of transactions.
Matters include complex corporate debt, project finance, secured and structured financings, municipal bonds, and high stakes default and workout scenarios. Attorneys in the group are trusted advisors on both deal execution and long term risk management, and frequently collaborate with colleagues across finance, bankruptcy, tax, and restructuring disciplines to deliver seamless solutions.
The Role
The firm is seeking an attorney with at least four years of transactional experience who is comfortable working with sophisticated documents in a fast paced environment. Experience in finance, securities, or capital markets is highly desirable. The role offers meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and the chance to work on transactions that have national and international reach.
The Environment
This is a firm known for its collegial, respectful, and team oriented culture. Attorneys are encouraged to be proactive, take ownership of their work, and engage fully with clients and colleagues. Leadership is accessible, collaboration is genuine, and professional development is taken seriously.
The firm offers flexibility in work location. While attorneys are welcome to work from offices in Connecticut or Boston with a hybrid schedule, strong candidates who prefer a remote arrangement will also be considered.
What Sets This Opportunity Apart
- Nationally recognized Corporate Trust and finance capability
- Longstanding relationships with major financial institutions
- Complex, high quality deal flow across industries and markets
- A culture that values collaboration, integrity, and excellence
- Flexible work arrangements without sacrificing sophistication
If you are a transactional attorney who enjoys technically challenging work, values strong professional relationships, and wants to be part of a practice with a reputation that opens doors, this role offers a rare combination of platform, people, and flexibility.
