Corporate Associate Attorney - Transactional
We are looking to add a talented corporate transactional attorney to join our business services practice in our Hartford office. This is an opportunity to join a mid-sized law firm known for its collaborative culture, strong professional relationships, and genuine investment in career growth.

Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate and commercial agreements
- Support and manage corporate transactions, including business formations, restructurings, and acquisitions
- Assist with or lead M&A transactions, depending on experience level
- Advise clients on general corporate governance and compliance matters
- Collaborate with partners and colleagues on sophisticated transactional work
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through practical, business focused advice
- Contribute to the ongoing growth of the practice and mentor junior attorneys as appropriate

- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the state of Connecticut
- Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
