For more than 10 years, we have provided start-to-finish renovation solutions for our residential and commercial clients on Long Island. Our services included insurance reconstruction services as well as home and office design-build remodeling services.

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for insurance rebuild construction projects with the opportunity for some mitigation estimating. This role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in Xactimate.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for insurance rebuild projects using Xactimate software.
• Analyze project specifications and requirements to create comprehensive estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather necessary information for accurate estimating.
• Review and update estimates based on evolving project requirements or changes.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all estimates and related communications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction or insurance industry.
• Proficiency in Xactimate is required.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs.
• Experience with mitigation estimating is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
