2 years of experience handling foreclosure or creditors rights matters
Experience representing lenders, servicers, or financial institutions
Strong knowledge of Georgia foreclosure procedures and timelines
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills Responsibilities
Handle residential foreclosure matters from referral through sale
Draft and review pleadings, motions, notices, and foreclosure documents
Ensure compliance with state and federal foreclosure regulations
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders
Manage deadlines and maintain accurate case files
Provide legal analysis and recommendations related to default servicing matters
