Location: Sallisaw, OK (74955)

Pay: $70,000 - $105,000

What You Will Be Doing

• Design and develop control systems and automation strategies for manufacturing and industrial equipment.
• Program and configure PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens), HMIs, and SCADA systems.
• Perform system integration, testing, validation, and troubleshooting of control hardware and software.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineering teams to achieve project goals.
• Create and maintain documentation including schematics, wiring diagrams, and user manuals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, standards, and company policies.
• Provide support and training to maintenance and operations teams.
• Stay current with automation technologies and recommend improvements.

What You Need For This Job

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in controls engineering or automation.
• Proficiency in PLC programming (ladder logic, structured text), HMI design, and SCADA configuration.
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols such as Ethernet/IP, Modbus, and Profibus.
• Preferred: robotics, motion control, vision systems, Python, C , MATLAB, DCS systems, CCST or PE certification.
• Strong understanding of control theory, instrumentation, and system dynamics.
• Experience with CAD software and interpreting electrical schematics.
• Effective problem solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
