Established (20 Years) Premier Firm Seeking Bankruptcy Attorney for Creditor-Side Bankruptcy Litigation (Chapters 7, 11, 13) in Las Vegas, Nevada An established firm based in Las Vegas, Nevada with over 20 years in practice is seeking a Bankruptcy Attorney with 2 years of experience to join their team onsite. This Attorney will have experience with creditor-side bankruptcy matters across Chapters 7, 11, and 13, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing institutional mortgage lenders and servicers in litigation and advisory matters. Offer: Salary range: $100,000-$130,000 contingent on experience

Active membership in good standing with the Nevada Bar
2 years of experience in bankruptcy law with at least 1 year representing creditors in Nevada Bankruptcy Courts
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of cases in a fast-paced environment while reprioritizing as needed
Knowledge of federal, state, and local bankruptcy laws and procedural rules
Ability to analyze case law and provide strategic recommendations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using legal technology systems
Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
Analytical mindset with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Responsibilities: Represent institutional mortgage lenders and servicers in bankruptcy proceedings across Chapters 7, 11, and 13
Manage cases from inception through resolution including drafting pleadings and appearing at hearings and mediations throughout Nevada
Prepare and file proofs of claim, motions for relief from stay, and related pleadings
Review Chapter 13 plans and prepare objections when necessary
Oversee loan modifications and loss mitigation efforts within bankruptcy proceedings
Advise clients on bankruptcy strategy, servicing requirements, and investor guidelines
Ensure compliance with post-petition obligations and regulatory requirements
Analyze legal issues and case law to provide practical recommendations to clients
Maintain strong client and court relationships while upholding professional credibility
Collaborate with team members to promote efficiency and quality of legal work
