What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bankruptcy Paralegal position at My Las Vegas Lawyers?
Paralegal needed for busy law office. Must be able to work independently. Must be familiar with Best Case software. Must have experience drafting Chapter 7 Petitions. Job is full time, in office, no remote work. Paralegal must also be able to manage multi-line phone system. Bilingual a plus. Position is bonus eligible.
The ideal candidate handles all parts of a Chapter 7 case filing: pre-petition document gathering, petition drafting and filing, and post petition documentation and debtor issues.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
