The Audit Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing audit processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining high standards of financial reporting. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise audit teams to ensure the timely completion of audits.
- Review financial statements and reports for accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement audit plans and procedures to assess risk management and internal controls.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to team members in financial analysis and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to GAAP and IFRS principles during audits.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on compliance and regulatory standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing or financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (GAAP and IFRS).
- Proven experience in risk management and internal controls.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
