Position Overview
The Audit Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing audit processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining high standards of financial reporting. This position involves leading a team of auditors, managing audit projects, and ensuring effective risk management and internal controls are in place.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise audit teams to ensure the timely completion of audits.
• Review financial statements and reports for accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement audit plans and procedures to assess risk management and internal controls.
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and support to team members in financial analysis and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to GAAP and IFRS principles during audits.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on compliance and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing or financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (GAAP and IFRS).
• Proven experience in risk management and internal controls.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
