We are seeking an experienced Assistant Superintendent to support field operations on large-scale commercial and industrial projects. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving onsite and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Superintendent with daily onsite coordination and supervision
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and OSHA standards
• Monitor subcontractor performance and site activities
• Track material deliveries, equipment, and onsite logistics
• Support quality control, progress tracking, and reporting
• Help maintain project schedules and communicate updates to the project team

Qualifications:

• 2 to 5 years of field experience in commercial or industrial construction
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and safety practices
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities
