Responsibilities
- Greet visitors warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette.
- Handle all clerical tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Utilize office management tools such as Microsoft Office to support daily operations.
- Check guests in and out with a positive attitude
- Resolve guest issues to ensure our guests have an enjoyable stay.
- Assist guests with reservations
Qualifications
- Proven excellent customer service
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
- Flexible Schedule, ability to work weekends, 7a-3pm and or 3pm-11pm.
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
