Duties
- Lead all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk management to ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase occupancy rates through outbound sales efforts, B2B partnerships, and upselling techniques.
- Manage the sales pipeline by identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing high-end deals with corporate clients.
- Oversee inventory control and inventory management processes to optimize room availability and retail offerings.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions to enhance customer service and retention.
- Implement marketing initiatives that boost visibility, improve occupancy rates, and maximize revenue streams.
- Maintain high standards of customer service by training staff on phone etiquette, communication skills, and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance ; manage budgets, control costs, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive work environment by providing coaching, support, and organizational guidance to staff members.
Experience
- Proven experience in management within the hospitality industry
- Strong background in B2B sales, outbound sales strategies, negotiation skills, and developing a robust sales pipeline.
- Demonstrated ability in inventory management, inventory control, and organizational skills necessary for effective operations oversight.
