Assistant Project Manager - Mechanical Construction

Position Overview
One of CT and NY's top mechanical contractors is seeking multiple experienced Assistant Project Manager to oversee commercial HVAC and plumbing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met
• Project schedules and budgets
• Assist with project financials and documentation processes such as RFIs, change orders and submittals
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in project management at a commercial mechanical contractor in CT preferred
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping and plumbing systems
• Proficiency with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam or similar
• Ability to maintain project financials and documentation 

Benefits

Base salary $75,000-100,000/year depending on experience
