Job Description
The APM is responsible for:
- Assisting Project Managers with day-to-day project activities
- Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
- Helping prepare and maintaining project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports
- Participating in project meetings, taking notes and tracking action items
- Supporting the procurement process, including the review and approval of submittals and RFIs
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Contributing to problem-solving and decision-making processes on-site
The Successful Applicant
The Right Candidate Has The Following Qualifications
- 0-2 years of construction management experience
- Preferably experience in Higher Education/Institutional, Lab/Life science, and Healthcare sectors
- Preferably experience working at a Mechanical or Engineering firm
- Eagerness to learn and grow
The APM Will Receive
- Base salary up to $70K (Can flex higher for the right candidate)
