Railroad Construction Company, Inc. is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead heavy civil and infrastructure projects across the New England region.

This role is ideal for a driven professional with a background in civil construction, transportation, or large-scale infrastructure projects who enjoys owning projects from pre-construction through closeout. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing company with a strong pipeline of work and a collaborative, field-focused culture where your leadership will directly impact project success.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead heavy civil construction projects from start to finish (roadway, rail, utilities, infrastructure)
  • Champion safety by enforcing policies, developing HASPs, and ensuring OSHA/client compliance
  • Manage project budgets, cost controls, and financial performance
  • Oversee scheduling (CPM/P6), planning, and execution
  • Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams
  • Support Superintendents with work plans, logistics, and production tracking
  • Manage procurement, subcontractor agreements, and change orders
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers and project staff

Salary : $150,000 - $225,000
