What You’ll Do
- Lead heavy civil construction projects from start to finish (roadway, rail, utilities, infrastructure)
- Champion safety by enforcing policies, developing HASPs, and ensuring OSHA/client compliance
- Manage project budgets, cost controls, and financial performance
- Oversee scheduling (CPM/P6), planning, and execution
- Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams
- Support Superintendents with work plans, logistics, and production tracking
- Manage procurement, subcontractor agreements, and change orders
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Mentor and develop junior engineers and project staff
Salary : $150,000 - $225,000
