Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a Controls Engineer in Rock Falls, IL. The work will be done on-site. This is a permanent job and includes relocation assistance. The position also offers bonus opportunities and travel incentive programs.
🔧 What you’ll do:
- PLC & HMI programming (Allen-Bradley / Rockwell – Studio 5000, RSLogix, FactoryTalk)
- System startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting
- Work across the full lifecycle: development → implementation → support
🏭 Environment:
Material handling, batching, and industrial automation systems
📍 Location: Onsite in Sterling, IL (Mon–Fri)
✈️ Travel: ~25%
✅ What we’re looking for:
- 2–6 years of controls/automation experience
- Strong PLC/HMI programming skills (Rockwell preferred)
- Experience with commissioning or startup
