Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for an Analyst/Developer – Specialty 2. The work will be done in a hybrid setting (3 days onsite per week) in Peoria, IL. This is a long-term position that can lead to permanent employment with our client. Compensation is up to $67/hr full benefits (vision, dental, health insurance, 401k, and holiday pay).
Job Summary
The Analyst/Developer – Specialty 2 will support analytics and reporting initiatives by transforming complex data into actionable insights for business and operational stakeholders. This role focuses on developing dashboards, generating reports, and performing data analysis to drive informed decision-making. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across systems. This position offers hands-on experience working with enterprise data, analytics tools, and real-world business problems in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain dashboards, recurring reports, and ad-hoc analyses to support business and operational decision-making
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, validate data accuracy, and deliver actionable insights
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions
• Support analytics initiatives including KPI tracking, performance reporting, and backend data updates
• Present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 5–7 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or analytics roles
• Strong experience with SQL, Excel, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Experience working with large datasets and building dashboards and reports
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with APIs and using Python for data analysis or reporting
• Experience in enterprise analytics environments or supporting operational teams
• Familiarity with KPI development, performance tracking, and data governance practices
• Experience presenting insights to business stakeholders
