THIS ROLE IS CONTINGENT ON CONTRACT AWARD
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic oversight and high-level advisory support
- Guide program direction, risk management, and decision-making
- Review deliverables for technical accuracy and quality

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate or professional degree
- Minimum 18 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
- National-level recognition in emergency management, training, or consulting
- Extensive experience supporting DHS/FEMA programs
