Role Overview

The ISD supports the review, evaluation, and improvement of agency-sponsored training programs using the ADDIE framework, ensuring instructional integrity, usability, and effectiveness.
THIS ROLE IS CONTINGENT ON CONTRACT AWARD
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate course materials including lesson plans, storyboards, and assessments
- Apply ADDIE methodology to assess instructional design quality
- Provide recommendations for course improvement and modernization
- Support course recertification and online/onsite reviews
- Collaborate with SMEs to validate content accuracy and instructional effectiveness
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years of instructional design experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting FEMA, DHS, or federal training programs
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and eLearning tools
