Role Overview

The SME IV provides executive-level subject matter expertise, leading large-scale evaluations and advising on program strategy, policy alignment, and continuous improvement of agency training initiatives.
THIS ROLE IS CONTINGENT ON CONTRACT AWARD
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic evaluations across multiple training programs
- Provide expert advisory support to government stakeholders
- Oversee complex reviews and ensure alignment with national standards
- Contribute to policy and process improvements
- Represent the contractor in high-level meetings and review boards
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated expertise in emergency management
Preferred Qualifications
- Recognized expert in emergency management or training programs
- Experience advising federal agencies or large-scale programs
