A leading organisation in the advanced energy and medical technology sector is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support complex, multidisciplinary construction and major equipment installation projects. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, input, and analyze project schedule data accurately and efficiently
• Develop forecasts, variance reports, and performance tracking documentation
• Identify and assess internal and external factors that may impact project timelines
• Evaluate existing scheduling processes and recommend improvements
• Communicate schedule risks and variances to project leadership
• Lead or participate in planning meetings with cross-functional stakeholders
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, and procurement teams to validate schedules
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities affecting project delivery

Requirements

• Degree in a scientific, construction, or business-related field (preferred)
• 2 years of project or construction scheduling experience
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 (required)
• Experience with complex or non-routine projects (highly desirable)
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Knowledge of standard scheduling methodologies and tools
• Ability to interpret detailed technical information
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to build strong working relationships
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and complex project demands
