Position Overview:
Benson Stone Company is seeking a full-time Project & Installation Operations Coordinator. This is a pivotal role designed for a proactive professional who will directly support the Installation Manager.
As our installation department expands, you will be the "glue" that holds our growing field operations together. This role blends high-level coordination, customer advocacy, and process management to ensure our teams remain efficient and our customers remain happy as we scale.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm.
- Work-Life Balance: Evenings, weekends, and major holidays off.
Responsibilities:
- Support Department Growth: Work closely with the Installation Manager to design and implement new workflows and systems as the department expands.
- Strategic Scheduling: Manage the service and installation calendars to maximize crew efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Liaison Operations: Act as the primary bridge between the sales team and installation crews to ensure project specifications are met and timelines are honored.
- Customer Experience: Proactively contact customers to schedule services, provide updates, and ensure a seamless post-purchase experience.
- Administrative Support: Manage invoicing and maintain accurate project documents.
- Team Backup: Assist with store reception (greeting customers, answering calls, etc.) to maintain our "family business" atmosphere during peak times.
Qualifications:
- Growth mindset with an ability to handle increasing complexity. A desire to help build a department, not just maintain one.
- Courteous follow-up skills and the ability to defuse stressful situations with professionalism.
- High-level organizational skills and attention to detail; you’re the type of person who notices the small things before they become big problems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Previous Point of Sale (POS) or CRM experience is a major plus.
- Punctual, dependable, and ready to contribute to a positive team culture.

Pay: $19.00 - $27.00 per hour
