Scheduler

Spherion Staffing and Recruiting is seeking schedulers for a local, reputable client in Rockford, IL! In this role, you will schedule annual on-site visits for various clients requiring audiometric, PFT, FIT, and vision testing services. We are looking for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy fast-paced environments and have a passion for customer service.

Role Highlights

• Compensation: $20.00 per hour
• Benefits: Affordable healthcare package (Medical, HRA, Dental, Vision) and 401k once hired on
• Location: Rockford, IL
• Shift/schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

What You'll Do

• Review previous appointment details and tentative plans for upcoming visits.
• Resolve any scheduling issues with the Manager prior to contacting customers.
• Call clients to secure optimal service dates based on logistics and DOT hours.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and Mobile Van Technicians.
• Collaborate with the Scheduling QA Manager to resolve any logistical problems.

What You'll Need

• Excellent customer relations and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Comfort with proofreading and error correction to ensure accuracy.
• Ability to establish priorities and meet scheduling goals.
