CSI Companies is hiring a Certified Pharmacy Technician for our Fortune100 healthcare client.
Location: Onsite – Overland Park, KS 66211
Pay: $20-23/hour based on experience, certifications, and education
Hours: Full time hours; Monday – Friday between 6am – 4:30pm with occasional OT
Status: Contract to Hire
Job Summary
We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our client’s pharmacy fulfillment center team. The ideal candidate will be nationally certified and hold a valid Kansas state pharmacy technician license. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability in a fast-paced fulfillment environment. You’ll work under the direction of a supervisor and lead, alongside a team of other technicians, to ensure prescriptions are filled accurately and on time.

- Job Duties:Accurately fill prescriptions according to established procedures and safety standards.
- Perform down-stocking and inventory organization.
- Cross-train in multiple pharmacy areas to support operational flexibility.
- Lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs as needed to support fulfillment operations.
- Maintain compliance with all pharmacy regulations and standards.
- Contribute to a team-focused environment while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Minimum Requirements:Verifiable High School Diploma or higher
- Active national pharmacy technician certification is required
- Active Kansas state pharmacy technician license is required
- Prior pharmacy technician experience in fulfillment, retail, or hospital setting.
- Strong attendance and reliability.
- High accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in a fulfillment or high-volume pharmacy environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and support multiple areas of the pharmacy.
