Position: Certified Pharmacy Technician
Location: Overland Park, Kansas
Duration: 4 Months
Hours: 8a-4:30p
Job description :
• We are looking for technicians who have retail (preferred) or specialty pharmacy experience.
• If they only have PA experience, they do not meet our requirements.
• Specifically looking for techs who have prescription processing experience.
Descriptions may include:
- data entry of prescriptions, prescription entry, prescription intake, dispensing prescriptions, filling prescriptions, etc.
- They need experience in handling customer phone calls both inbound and outbound.
- They need experience speaking with physician offices.
- They need experience with processing claims to insurance/third party.
Descriptions may include: adjudication of claims, claims resolution, processing insurance Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Pharm Tech. Prior Authorization experience highly preferred
Qualifications
Pharmacy Technician License along with 2 years experience in Retail or Pharmacy.
