What You’ll Do
- Manage multiple enterprise projects across Supply Chain and Finance — from planning to execution.
- Partner with stakeholders across business units, IT, and vendors to define project scope, milestones, and success criteria.
- Oversee integrations and system enhancements involving Oracle, Tecsys, VueMed, and Kardex platforms.
- Build and maintain project plans, track progress, and provide clear executive-level reporting.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and change requests to keep projects on track.
- Foster collaboration and communication across technical and business teams.
- Ensure delivery meets both operational and strategic goals.
What You Bring
- 5 years of experience leading enterprise-level projects in Supply Chain, Finance, or IT systems.
- Strong background in project governance, cross-functional leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
- Hands-on experience with ERP or WMS implementations — Oracle experience is a bonus!
- Familiarity with Tecsys Warehouse, VueMed, or Kardex solutions is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
- Ability to travel occasionally for project needs (minimal expected).
