Job Type: Full-time; Remote
Responsibilities
- Identify new clients in the assigned territory through business lead generation/cultivation, prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Conduct solution-focused presentations to key decision-makers to secure new business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with established accounts through regular in-person visits and proactive service.
- Identify and implement timely solutions to service challenges, ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Develop systems to promote client retention and foster long-term partnerships.
- Leverage company tools, processes, and technologies to manage and expand the territory, document activities, and establish metrics for driving new business growth.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and IT teams to drive sales and optimize revenue growth within the territory.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3 years of consecutive experience in outside sales.
- Proven background in service-based sales with expertise in, B2C and/or D2C environments, Logistics and Delivery industry and E-Commerce technology and marketplaces.
- Strong skills in territory management, lead generation, negotiation, and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with a CRM system is required, with a strong preference for Salesforce.
