Pay: $85,000 - $200,000 total annual earnings (base commission)
Schedule: Monday-Friday with occasional evenings or weekends based on customer needs
Location: In-office with local travel to customer sites and job locations

Our commercial division continues to grow, and we are looking for a Commercial HVAC Sales Representative who can drive service, maintenance, and retrofit opportunities across our existing and expanding customer base.

In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of commercial accounts, develop and sell preventative maintenance agreements, and identify repair and replacement opportunities within existing systems. You will prepare estimates for service work, retrofits, and equipment replacements, working closely with technicians and vendors to ensure accurate scope and pricing. You will also review basic project requirements, meet with customers on-site, and present solutions that align with their operational needs and budget. Tracking pipeline activity, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring a smooth handoff to service and operations teams will be key parts of your day-to-day.
We are looking for someone who understands commercial HVAC systems and is comfortable working in a service-driven sales environment. You should have experience in HVAC sales, service estimating, or account management, and be confident interacting with facility managers, property managers, and business owners. Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills are critical, along with the ability to manage multiple opportunities at once. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel locally are required.
