Pay: $90,000 - $205,000 total annual earnings (base commission)
Schedule: Monday-Friday with occasional extended hours based on project needs
Location: In-office with local travel to job sites and customers

In this role, you will develop HVAC system concepts and designs based on project requirements, prepare detailed and accurate estimates including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs, and review plans and specifications to fully understand project scope. You will identify value-engineering opportunities, collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing, and build proposals that are both competitive and profitable. You will also work closely with project managers to ensure a smooth transition from preconstruction to execution, while maintaining clear communication with customers throughout the process.
We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in commercial HVAC systems who can think both technically and strategically. You should have experience with system design, estimating, or project support in a commercial environment, and be comfortable reading construction drawings and specifications. Strong communication, organization, and time management skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. A valid driver's license is required.
