About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring a detail-oriented Outbound Coordinator to support warehouse and shipping operations in Louisville, KY. This role serves as a key connection between the warehouse, customer service, and shipping partners to ensure orders are processed, shipped, and delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule outbound shipments to meet customer requirements and deadlines
- Assist with picking, packing, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment
- Support outbound leads and step in when needed
- Manage outbound-related emails and communication
- Monitor and update the WMS picking control board
- Track and document errors related to picking, packing, and shipping
- Create and maintain reports related to safety, quality, and efficiency
- Work with automated picking systems to support operations
- Respond to customer service inquiries regarding shipments, tracking, and delivery schedules
- Identify process improvements and support best practices in outbound operations
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience in outbound operations
- At least 1 year of experience in a lead or coordinator role
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience coordinating shipping or distribution operations
- Experience working with automated systems
