Outbound Manager

We are looking for an experienced operations leader to join our team as an Outbound Operations Manager. In this role you will have responsibility for the end-to-end operations in our distribution center in Louisville, KY. This includes driving continuous improvement in all areas of operation as well as monitoring and adjusting processes as needed to meet production schedules, due dates, priorities, shipping requirements and volume peaks. Your goal will be to provide the highest quality service for our customers by establishing best-in-class processes while maintaining optimal cost structures.

YOUR TASKS

• Active management of production, quality and technical support area
• Serve as key communication link between operations and customers (internal and external)
• Workforce Management in a temp labor environment
• Maintain production, quality, reliability, safety and security requirements
• Hire, train, evaluate and develop production management staff
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• At least 5 years of operations experience within a multi-client supply chain and consumer products environment including developing, motivating, and leading cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
• At least 1 year of ERP Systems experience required, SAP preferred
• At least 1 year of computer experience using MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
