Arvato is looking for a Summer Information Technology Intern to support our growing facilities in the Louisville market. The interns will have exposure to the different areas of our vast IT organization including IT Applications (ERP/SAP, .Net Applications), CITI (Cloud IT & Infrastructure) and IT Project Management/Service Delivery. They will have the exposure to understanding different areas where they may want to learn a deeper knowledge.

YOUR TASKS

- Work with the IT teams across the organization, as well as leaders in Account management, Operations and controlling, and other interns to contribute to and be responsible for execution of a IT project over the 12-week program.
- IT Projects include IT reporting and SLA management, IT costs and budgeting and Implementation playbooks.
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor’s program at accredited university as a Business major with analytic or computer science minor or focus; or Major Computer science
- Strong Communication
- Experience with documentation
- Excel and Power BI
- AI tools like Copilot
- Net or ABAP experience is a plus
- Project Management or other experience with organization / time management capabilities
- Familiarity with ticketing systems would be a plus
- Experience relevant to your field of study
- Taking ownership of impactful projects that contributes to the company's success.
